Custom-made wallpaper
Every wall mural and wallpaper is printed especially for you, to your measurements, so we can’t offer a refund for a change of mind. If your wallpaper is not quite what you imagined, contact us within 30 days of delivery: send it back to us (return shipping is paid by the customer) and we’ll print a replacement.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a panel is damaged or has a printing issue, or if you received the wrong design or an incomplete parcel, email us at sale@lipastick.com with a short description and photos within 30 days of delivery. We’ll print and ship a replacement free of charge. Please don’t install wallpaper you believe is defective — claims can’t be accepted after installation.

Other (non-custom) items
Non-personalized, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

To start a return, contact us at sale@lipastick.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Order cancellation within 1 day
You can cancel any order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it — just email us at sale@lipastick.com and we’ll refund the full amount.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom items within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications, such as wallpaper printed to your measurements (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sale@lipastick.com.
