A wall mural is a single large image that covers a whole wall, printed in panels and hung like wallpaper. Unlike rolls with a small repeating pattern, a mural lets one design fill the space from corner to corner, so it becomes the focal point of the room. At Lipastick every mural is made to order: you enter the width and height of your wall and we print the design to fit it exactly.

Four materials

Every design is available on four materials. Economy is a smooth non-woven with a fine sand texture that keeps lines crisp. Standard has an embossed texture with a subtle shimmer. Premium has a canvas texture and a painted, semi-matte look. Peel and Stick is self-adhesive and easy to remove, which makes it ideal for rentals. Compare them side by side on our materials page.

How ordering works

Measure your wall, add 5–10 cm (2–4 in) to the width and height for trimming and enter the sizes on the product page. The price is calculated for the area of your wall, with no extra charge for a custom size. You can also use the crop tool to choose which part of the design appears on your wall. The mural is printed in numbered panels about 48 cm (19 in) wide and comes with clear installation instructions. Want to check the colors first? What is a wall mural?

A wall mural is one large image printed across several wallpaper panels. When the panels are hung side by side, the design covers the whole wall without a visible repeat.

How do I measure my wall?

Measure the width and height of the wall at the widest points and add 5–10 cm (2–4 in) to each size for trimming. Enter these numbers on the product page and the price updates instantly.

How is the price calculated?

You pay for the area of your wall: width × height × the price of the chosen material per square meter or square foot. There is no minimum size and no extra charge for custom sizes.

Can I hang a mural myself?

Yes. The panels are numbered and about 48 cm (19 in) wide, so they are easy to handle. Non-woven materials are hung with the paste-the-wall method, and Peel and Stick needs no paste at all.

Can I order a sample before buying?

Yes. The sample set shows your chosen design on every material, so you can compare texture and colors at home before ordering the full mural.
