Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Information:

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Carriers: FedEx, USPS, UPS

Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days

Products are packed in rigid containers and come gift-wrapped.


Custom Taxes:

Our prices exclude VAT, GST, or other country taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


RETURNS: 

We sincerely hope you adore every product you receive. However, we understand that plans can change. We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized, non-custom, and non-clearance items within 30 days of package receipt.


To Return/Exchange:

Items must be in new condition and original packaging.

Customers bear return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanged items.


Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made items.


Defective items:

If the items you purchase from us are found to be defective, such as printing errors, pattern mismatches, or a different pattern than the one you ordered, or if the parcel is incomplete, kindly reach out to us via email at sale@lipastick.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with a photo of the identified defect.


We will promptly arrange for the re-dispatch of the items (with transport costs covered by us). It's crucial to conduct this verification of the wallpaper (stickers) immediately upon receiving the parcel and BEFORE applying the wallpaper or stickers to the wall. We will be in contact with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.


WE EMPHASIZE that in the event of any errors, it is imperative NOT to proceed with the application of the wallpaper or stickers, as filing a complaint WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE after application. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.


Refund in Force Majeure Circumstances:

Product costs will be refunded, but shipping costs will be deducted if:

  • The customer was unavailable during delivery.
  • The customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address.
  • The item was utilized by the postal service for the same reasons.
  • Customer refuses the package without a valid reason; costs will be deducted, and we are not responsible for the package.
